We know how important every decision you make is, and how important it is that you follow every aspect of the process.

You will be able to track photos of the construction progress, view the build schedule, view and approve change orders and selections, as well as access important documents. From online warranty claims to the online messaging system, you can easily communicate with our team 24/7, no matter if you are at home, work, or even on vacation!

Initial Consultation*

  • At your home

  • Identify and clarify goals including investment target

  • If available, notes and any pictures ideas

Design Consultation*

  • At your home with Design Team

  • Detailed in-depth discussion of design

​

Preliminary Design Agreement Presentation*

  • At your home or Norsk Design Studio

  • Review Description of Project

  • Authorize Design Agreement

Field Measure

  • At your home

  • Measure and photograph

​

Preliminary Drawings - Concept Development

  • Multiple Meetings

  • Includes as-builts, if required

​

Present Preliminary Floor Plans and Elevations*

  • At your home or Norsk Design Studio

  • Review "final" preliminaries

  • Note any final changes

Present Specifications -  Proposal for Construction*

  • Your home or Norsk Design Studio

  • Review and approve schedules for construction

  • Authorize "Working Drawings" 

  • Sign Agreement for Construction

Selection Process

  • At Norsk DesignStudio and other industry partner's showrooms

  • Make individual design selections

  • 6-12 meetings as required

Preconstruction Conference*

  • At your home, with your Norsk team, and most importantly, you.

  • Review Project Schedule

    • dust/environmental protection

    • items to reuse or donate
